100 Thousand Poets for Change is an international event happening on September 24, 2011. Reading’s event will include a Street Music Festival to celebrate this historic global day of unity and showcase local poets, musicians, performers and artists!

    Berks Bards poets will celebrate and add our voices to the 100 Thousand Poets for Change. Poetry and music in the courtyards at 645 Penn Street, Reading, PA, on Saturday, 9/24/11. Award-winning spoken word poets and acrobatic pole dancers combine for “Kinetic Poetry” at the Albright College Center for the Arts Theater, at 7:00 pm. Tickets for the Albright event will be available from Berks Bards.
